Working Palette Disclaimer

Many face paints are transferred into re-useable working palettes to improve efficiency during events, minimise wastage, create custom palettes for specific events/bookings and reduce waiting times. Colours within working palettes may originate from one or more of the professional brands listed above. Some colours may also be blended together to create custom split cakes and colour combinations. Because paints are transferred into working palettes, it is not always possible to identify the exact manufacturer of every individual colour. Where practical, some paints remain in their original containers, and original ingredient information can be checked whenever available. Upon request we may be able to bring along a brand new paint that we can easily identify ingredients it is made from if necessary and subject to product availability.

🎨 Body Painting Safety

HanAhrt uses professional cosmetic-grade body paints that are specifically formulated for use on the skin. These products are designed to provide vibrant colours while being gentle, comfortable and easy to remove. Body painting is suitable for a wide variety of events including but not limited to; an alternative to face paint, maternity belly painting, cosplay, festivals, themed events, performances and special occasions. Before painting begins, we will discuss the design, expected duration and any specific requirements. Body paint will only be applied to healthy, intact skin and will not be applied over cuts, open wounds, rashes, sunburn, infections or contagious skin conditions. If you have allergies, eczema, dermatitis, highly sensitive skin or any medical condition that may affect your skin, please advise HanAhrt before painting. Appropriate privacy, professionalism and client comfort are always maintained during body painting sessions. For younger clients, parental or caregiver consent is required, and body painting will always be carried out in an age-appropriate manner. As with any cosmetic product, allergic reactions cannot be completely ruled out. A patch test can be requested; however, a successful patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

Sensitive Skin & Patch Testing

If you or your child have sensitive skin, or any of the following skin conditions, we are happy to perform a quick patch test on the inside of the wrist. This simple step helps ensure everyone can enjoy our magic without any irritation.

  • Eczema
  • Dermatitis
  • Psoriasis
  • Highly sensitive skin
  • Cosmetic allergies
  • Previous reactions to cosmetics
  • Other skin conditions

Hygiene & Cleaning Practices

  • Using only professional cosmetic-grade products
  • Regularly cleaning and sanitising equipment
  • Using clean, fresh water throughout the event
  • Maintaining clean brushes and sponges
  • Not painting over cuts, grazes, open wounds, infections or contagious skin conditions
  • Following good hygiene practices throughout every event

My Commitment to Safety

Safety is a priority, and every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. However, no cosmetic product can ever be guaranteed to be completely allergen-free or suitable for every individual, and face painting is provided at the client's own discretion. Parents or caregivers are responsible for advising HanAhrt of any known allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities before painting begins. This open communication allows us to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.
