Hannah is the visionary and artist behind HanAhrt, a Dunedin-based creative entertainment business. With a passion for adding colour and magic to every occasion, she brings memorable event experiences to families and businesses across and beyond Otago.
Hi, I'm Hannah! I've always loved creating. From a young age, I was happiest with a pencil, a paintbrush, or a craft project in front of me. This lifelong passion led me to study Visual Arts at Otago Polytechnic, where I honed my skills and discovered the joy of creating art that truly connects with people.
My journey started as a children's party hostess, an experience that shaped everything I do today. Seeing the happiness that creativity brings to a celebration inspired me to build a career focused on making people smile and creating special memories.
With over five years of professional experience in face painting, I've expanded HanAhrt to include balloon twisting, temporary tattoos, and character entertainment. My background in event operations and customer service ensures that while we bring the fun, we also maintain high standards of safety, organization, and professionalism.
What I love most is the reaction - whether it’s a child seeing their face transformed for the first time or a family enjoying a moment together. Ryan is HanAhrt's right hand man and an incredibly valued member of the team. Whether he's twisting colourful balloon creations, applying temporary tattoos, helping with event set-up, or jumping in wherever he's needed, Ryan brings a calm, friendly and reliable presence to every event.
Known for his positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand, Ryan has a natural way of making guests feel welcome. He's fantastic with children, enjoys chatting with families, and is always happy to help create a fun, relaxed atmosphere while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
